The template Ancient Olympic winners creates a navbox which is given for use by articles or templates which about any winners of the Ancient Olympic Games. The navbox also provides links to relevant articles, a list of Olympic winners, the sports that competed and catalogs listed their wins.
Usage
- Basic usage
{{Ancient Olympic winners}}
Initial visibility: currently defaults to autocollapse
To set this template's initial visibility, the |state= parameter may be used:
|state=collapsed:{{Ancient Olympic winners|state=collapsed}}to show the template collapsed, i.e., hidden apart from its title bar|state=expanded:{{Ancient Olympic winners|state=expanded}}to show the template expanded, i.e., fully visible|state=autocollapse:{{Ancient Olympic winners|state=autocollapse}}
If the |state= parameter in the template on this page is not set, the template's initial visibility is taken from the |default= parameter in the Collapsible option template. For the template on this page, that currently evaluates to autocollapse.
List of Olympic winners
The navbox displays a list of ancient Olympic winners determined by the Template:Ancient Olympic winners/list subpage. This list is written alphabetically and contains (by the last update) all ancient Olympic winners who had an article, with a reference, in the English Wikipedia:
| The above documentation is transcluded from Template:Ancient Olympic winners/doc. (edit | history) Editors can experiment in this template's sandbox (create | mirror) and testcases (create) pages. Please add categories to the /doc subpage. Subpages of this template. |
