Usage

A key part of having an active, effective project or task force is increasing the member size. Here's some information on inviting members.

  • Check the history log to see what sort of contributions users have made.
  • Go to talk pages. Users who comment on talk pages are more likely to be significant contributors. You can confirm this by checking their list of contributions.

Once you've found the member you wish to invite, add the template to their talk page with

{{subst:Cal Invitation}}

or

{{subst:Cal Invitation/sfba}} (San Francisco Bay Area)
{{subst:Cal Invitation/socal}} (Southern California)
{{subst:Cal Invitation/ie}} (Inland Empire)
{{subst:Cal Invitation/la}} (Los Angeles)

You can specify an article they have contributed to significantly using {{subst:Cal Invitation|art=Article name}}

Once the user has joined, make sure you make them feel welcome. All new members should receive a {{subst:Cal Greeting}} on their talk pages.
