This template is used for referencing road maps published by the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (and its predecessors).

Usage

Parameters

  • Either of the following parameters is required, or the map will default to the latest year.
    • date: the year the map was published. A more specific date (in ISO format) is required when more than one map was published in a given year.
    • year: interchangeable with date.
      • Various suffixes are required for maps other than the standard annual statewide highway maps: "D" for highway district maps, "P" for parish maps, "S" for the 1937 planning survey maps, "RS" for right-sizing maps (i.e. 2012P).
  • district: the name of the highway district, for district maps (i.e. "02").
  • parish: the name of the parish, for parish maps (i.e. "Jefferson").
    • sheet: identifies the specific sheet for parish maps split across multiple sheets (i.e. "North").
