Description

This template is used to link a reference (or "further reading") material to Wikisource within the citation templates; and can maintain consistency with Wikipedia citation guidelines. It also allows Wikipedia articles to keep priority over linking to Wikisource (i.e., if the work has an article in Wikipedia, link to the article in the title space, and to Wikisource in the chapter/page field, or just use the scan field to place next to wp link). Or, however you would like to use it.

Parameters

Title

Title should not be necessarily what appears as the title in the name space, which may include Roman numerals, parenthetical words and other organizational tools; it should simply be what you would like to have appear in the citation as the title.

|title=History of West Hoboken

Link

The link should direct to the main space work, or page if desired.

|link=History of West Hoboken N.J./Chapter 1#3

Scan

If it is desired to link to a scan as well, link to either the Page: space or the File: space.

|scan=Page:History of West Hoboken NJ.djvu/17
|scan=File:History of West Hoboken NJ.djvu

Shortcut

{{Cws|......}}
