:* New enough (was a redirect until recently), long enough, written in a neutral manner, well-sourced (AGF on many German sources), no copyvio issue detected. Image has a valid copyright tag and QPQ is in order (although it seems to need new response). The hook is cited (AGF on German source), but I feel it's a bit clumsy and not very accessible to a non-specialist reader. For example, what does it mean "70th season" and how is it related to the opening of Elbphilharmonie? And what is Elbphilharmonie? Please try with a simpler hook for the general reader in the main page. Also, consider reading through the article again and improving the English (e.g. "It has promoted to make music more accessible" and others). Well, Elbphilharmonie is the new concert hall of Hamburg, and it's opening (with Angela Merkel in the audience) has an article in German, was probably THE cultural event in Germany this year (if not even this decade), and people who don't know it can look it up by link. The hall was much more expensive and finished many years later than planned, comparing to the Sydney Opera House in many respects. As the broadcaster's symphony orchestra was just rename after it, I thought it doesn't hurt to introduce the German name. 70th season is short for 70th anniversary year, - how would you say that? Quite a tradition. Coincidence that the choir anniversary and the opening fall together. - Trying shorter, without explaining what NDR stands for:

File:Symbol voting keep.svg Looks better. Let's go with ALT1. HaEr48 (talk) 17:20, 14 April 2017 (UTC)
