Student Spaceflight Experiments Program

Created by Swpb (talk). Self nominated at 01:25, 14 October 2014 (UTC).

  • 16px The article is new enough and long enough. The hook is short enough and I find it interesting. No copyvio or close paraphrasing issues detected. My question is whether there is an independent source to support the hook. If so, I think we'll be good to go. EricEnfermero HOWDY! 06:37, 15 October 2014 (UTC)
So, I've made a correction to the DYK – while 114 experiments have been selected for flight, the ISS Mission 6 launch is at least nine days away, and so only 96 experiments have actually flown thus far. That number is supported by independent sources as follows, with each number matching the NCESSE site (16+11+15+11+17+11+15=96):
  • STS-134: 16 experiments [1]
  • STS-135: 11 experiments [2]
  • ISS 1: 15 experiments [3]
  • ISS 2: 11 experiments [4]
  • ISS 3: 17 experiments [5]
  • ISS 4: 11 experiments [6]
  • ISS 5: 15 experiments [7]
