New article (nom was 2 days after creation), long enough (5918 chars per DYKCheck); seems in policy, has citations, no tags or issues raised at talk; interesting hook < 200 chars, supported by citation (somewhat offine, Google Books search seems in order, sources otherwise accepted AGF); QPQ OK.
