Additions and removals

Additions must:
- Have an article that shows notability; if the name shows as a redlink, then the entry will be removed; it is appropriate to create an article on a notable person
- Include reliable references that show notability; even though the separate article shows notability, stand-alone lists must also include the references
- Include reliable references that show that they are an Eagle Scout

Entries that do not meet the above requirements may be tagged and are subject to removal in a short time; it is up to the editors who add entries to ensure that they meet the requirements

This list includes infamous people who are verified Eagle Scouts— removal of these entries will be reverted unless there is prior discussion to refute their status as an Eagle Scout; see WP:NOTCENSORED
Editors who desire to identify themselves as an Eagle Scout may do so with a Scouting userbox on their user page.
