Use this template freely for any medical condition. Its use is not limited strictly to diseases. Please consider adding the {{Medical resources}} template at the same time.

Per the outcome of a 2013 Arbitration Committee on using infoboxes; consensus should be established on the article's talk page before adding this (or any other) infobox.

Usage summary

The template is a summary about the condition itself. Don't worry about trying to fill in all the fields—even if you can only get one or two, that can still be useful. Items are provided as a list with a typically maximum of six.

While editing a condition, copy and paste the following text at the top of the page: Template:Parameter names example

The |treatment= parameter may be replaced by |management=. This will change the label to "Management".
