| This is a documentation subpage for Template:Jupiter radius. It contains usage information, categories and other content that is not part of the original template page. |
Usage
{{Jupiter radius}}→ RJ{{Jupiter radius|dozens of}}→ dozens of RJ (with non-breaking spaces via and{{nowrap}})
Usually, this will be used as:
{{Jupiter radius|1.03{{e|5}}}}→ 1.03×105 RJ{{Jupiter radius|{{val|13|1|-2|e=7}}}}→ Template:Val RJ
Alternatively, one could use:
{{val|12|e=8|u=Jupiter radius}}→ Template:Val{{val|12|e=8|u=Jupiter}}→ Template:Val
Options
- To include a link to Jupiter radius, use the
|link=yesor|link=yparameter:
{{Jupiter radius|link=yes}}→ RJ
- Alternatively, one could use:
{{val|12|e=8|ul=Jupiter radius}}→ Template:Val
- To change the default "J" subscript to "Jup", use the
|jup=yor|Jup=yparameter:
{{Jupiter radius|jup=y}}→ RJup{{Jupiter radius|Jup=y}}→ RJup
- To change the default "J" subscript to "♃", use the
|greek=yesor|greek=yparameter:
{{Jupiter radius|greek=y}}→ R♃
