Per discussion at WikiProject College Baseball (found here or in an archived discussion), college baseball All-Americans who appear on these navboxes will be determined as the following:

  • 1947–1980: All listed players (only one selector anyway, this seems to make sense)
  • 1981–1990: All listed players (too stringent to make it unanimous [2/2] since only two selectors; there aren't too many players yet anyway)
  • 1991–2000: Use the 2-out-of-3 selectors criterion, thus retaining their consensus status
  • 2001–present: Use the 3-out-of-4 selectors criterion, thus retaining their consensus status
