Usage
This template has two parameters, the first mandatory; the second optional:
- BBC composer page URL stem; for example, for http://bbc.co.uk/tchaikovsky, enter
tchaikovsky - Composer name, in a form suitable as link text (defaults to page name)

Note that the canonical BBC composer URLs such as http://bbc.co.uk/tchaikovsky redirect to pages whose URLs use a BBC Programme Identifier (PID), such as http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p01nbg53
