This group includes: YBM (talk⧼dot-separator⧽contribs), XAL (talk⧼dot-separator⧽contribs), ProfesseurYIN (talk⧼dot-separator⧽contribs), Igor B. (talk⧼dot-separator⧽contribs), CatherineV (talk⧼dot-separator⧽contribs), 82.123.187.53 (talk⧼dot-separator⧽contribs), Laurence67 (talk⧼dot-separator⧽contribs) EE Guy (talk⧼dot-separator⧽contribs), 82.123.46.149 (talk⧼dot-separator⧽contribs), 82.123.57.232 (talk⧼dot-separator⧽contribs), Luis A. (talk⧼dot-separator⧽contribs), and all others who meet the criteria. Any new user account or anonymous IP which commences editing of the article without substantial editing of other articles shall be presumed to be a participant in the external controversy.
