This is a special-purpose template to generate columns 2 through 6 in a table row for CAS latency. Arguments:
- Number of rows to span
- Name prefix (DDR, DDR2, DDR3, DDR4)
- data rate in MHz
- thirds of a MHz to add to the prededing (to allow numbers like 2133.333 to be expressed exactly)
Example:
