Usage

This template is for creating subcategories of Category:Articles containing potentially dated statements quickly. The subcategories should follow the standard naming convention; "Articles containing potentially dated statements from <Month> <Year>" with the full name for <Month> if used. When creating a new category use one of:

{{Category as of|year|month}}
{{Category as of|year}}

where year is the full 4-digit year and month is either the month name or number—but the month number is preferred for compactness and efficiency. Do not use <Month> for years before 2005. The earliest separately categorised year should be 1990.
