Usage

To add this template to an article, use {{Christianity sidebar}}. It will then appear in the article as shown opposite.

This template includes collapsible lists.

  • To set it to display all lists when it appears (i.e. all lists expanded), use:
  •  {{Christianity sidebar |expanded=all}} or, if enabled, {{Christianity sidebar |all}}  (i.e. omitting "expanded=").
  • To set it to display one particular list while keeping the remainder collapsed (i.e. hidden apart from their headings), use:
  •  {{Christianity sidebar |expanded=listname}} or, if enabled, {{Christianity sidebar |listname}}
  • …where listname is one of the following (do not include any quotemarks):
  • Jesus, foundations, theology, history, groupings, related

The cross icon next to the portal link at the bottom of the template may be replaced with an ichthys (Christian fish) icon by adding the parameter |portalicon=ichthys (i.e. {{Christianity sidebar|portalicon=ichthys}}, or, if |groupings is also set, {{Christianity sidebar|groupings|portalicon=ichthys}} ).
