This citation template can be used to cite Place Names of the High Sierra by Francis P. Farquhar.

Usage

Parameter Description
index The first letter of the place name.
page The page number.
accessdate  Full date when item was accessed.

All parameters are optional. The index letter should be specified if relevant. If no index letter is specified then the link will be to the root page. The case of the index letter is not critical. The page number can only be found by examining the HTML source code of the web page.
