Charodeika-class monitor
- ... that the contracts for the two Charodeika-class monitors were transferred to their designer, Charles Mitchell, upon the death of their builder, S. G. Kudriavtsev, in August 1865?

Article length good, hook length good. Expansion start date and factor (more like 100x) verified. Hook fact book source can be accepted; hook interest is only okay, but offhand I don't see a better one. Neutrality okay, seems copyvio free. But "Kudriatsev" versus "Kudriavtsev" in the article text – which is the right spelling and does the hook have the right one?
