5x expanded by Taewangkorea (talk). Self-nominated at 05:29, 24 October 2019 (UTC).
This article is a five-fold expansion and is new enough and just long enough. The image is by the article creator and suitably licensed, the hook facts are cited inline, the article is neutral and the references are in Korean and unavailable to me. A QPQ has been done. Template:Ping A couple of points about the article: it would be useful to have a height for the ridge, and granite is a very hard, durable rock, so saying that "Due to the weakness of granite to erosion from water and wind, the rock forming the mountain was eroded over time," seems dubious to me. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 06:58, 30 October 2019 (UTC)
- Template:Ping I have made those changes. I have also added some sources to that section that clarifies things up. Taewangkorea (talk) 21:04, 31 October 2019 (UTC)
Thank you, I think those are good improvements. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 06:01, 1 November 2019 (UTC)
Hi, I came by to promote this, but have a question about the hook wording. In English, the source says "it was said to look as vigorous and dynamic as a dinosaur", which is not the same as "powerful and vigorous", so I have changed the language in the article and put it in quotes. Where did you find the part comparing its vigorousness and dynamism to Template:Tq? Or is that your own addition? Yoninah (talk) 22:01, 16 November 2019 (UTC)
Template:Ping From the Korean version, it says Template:Tq which is the same as the English translation except for the word Template:Tq which in this context would mean "rising from the ground" (It can also mean soaring, gushing, among others https://endic.naver.com/search.nhn?searchOption=all&query=%EC%9A%A9%EC%86%9F%EC%9D%8C%EC%B9%98%EB%8B%A4). The spiked part was not in the source so I removed that from the hook and article for Alt I. I hope this clears things up. Taewangkorea (talk) 22:33, 17 November 2019 (UTC)
- From the source for the hook. The English translation left out that Korean word for some reason. Taewangkorea (talk) 22:34, 17 November 2019 (UTC)
OK, I put the whole quote in quotes. Just because something is in a foreign language doesn't mean you can quote it without putting it in quotes. Restoring tick per Cwmhiraeth's review. Yoninah (talk) 00:10, 18 November 2019 (UTC)
- Here is a tightened version of ALT1:
