Since several DYK reviewers were unable to discern what "noted" means in the hook or the article, both the hook and the article ought to be reworded. I suggest the following new wording for the hook:

  • Pictogram voting keep.svg Length and expansion both meet criteria, and the date also checks out. I agree with the IP user above that ALT1 is too wordy and unclear, so I am reviewing the original hook. Hook referenced offline: AGF.
