L.Stadt
- ... that the singer of "Death of a Surfer Girl", by Polish band L.Stadt, was compared to Billy Idol?

Long enough, even without the lists, and recent enough, but the hook is no where to be found in the article. Should not pass until content is added, or until a new hook is created. Most of the references are in Polish, so I'm AGF that they're used correctly. I also suggest that you have it copy-edited, preferably by someone who knows Polish and can access the references, before you bring it to GAC, if you plan on doing so. - Well, that's totally up to you, but there are other interesting things in this article, I think. How about:
- ALT1: ... that Polish band L.Stadt has been hailed as the hope of Polish alternative music? Christine (Figureskatingfan) (talk) 16:33, 8 August 2013 (UTC)
- I agree with that hook. SL93 (talk) 01:37, 9 August 2013 (UTC)
Then it's good to go, then. Christine (Figureskatingfan) (talk) 23:39, 9 August 2013 (UTC)
- I agree with that hook. SL93 (talk) 01:37, 9 August 2013 (UTC)
Need an independent reviewer for the ALT1 hook (now labeled): as it was proposed by Christine, it can't also be approved by her per WP:DYKSG#H2. BlueMoonset (talk) 17:25, 11 August 2013 (UTC)
Confirming the ALT1 hook; fact from Polish sources and cited in the first paragraph of the second History subsection. However, both albums, which have their own paragraphs, are claimed to have been met with positive reviews, yet there is no sourcing to support this, and independent paragraphs should have at least one source citation. The Concerts in the U.S. section also has an unsourced opening paragraph, and the phrase in it—"performed at some of the most important Polish festivals"—is straight out of just about any performing artist's bio from alternative rock to opera (except maybe the "Polish" part), and should be rephrased per WP:PEACOCK. (There are some other places in the article that also use puffery and really shouldn't.) BlueMoonset (talk) 19:23, 12 August 2013 (UTC)
