Hi Chetsford, review follows: article created 5 April; article is well written and of sufficient length; article is cited inline throughout to reliable sources; only two of the sources are accessible to me, there is no overly close paraphrasing from them, AGF on the remaining sources; hook is interesting enough for me (though perhaps something could be made from it being the "first known instance of institutionalized international law enforcement cooperation"); hook is mentioned in the article, sourced offline (AGF on sourcing); QPQ has been carried out- Dumelow (talk)
