When adding this template, it is probably worthwhile editing the text of the page, as following:
Strike-outany requests for comment, voting etc- Change phrases such as "vote here" to "review votes here"
- Add the date that the policy became inactive at the top
- Provide links to any new proposals that superseded it, if known.
