| This is a documentation subpage for Template:Featured article. It contains usage information, categories and other content that is not part of the original template page. |
| This template is used on 6,200+ pages and changes may be widely noticed. Test changes in the template's /sandbox or /testcases subpages, or in your own user subpage. Consider discussing changes on the talk page before implementing them.
Transclusion count updated automatically (see documentation). |
Usage
This template places a small star (
) in the top right corner of an article to indicate that it is a featured article on Wikipedia. It categorises them into Category:Featured articles.
This template should be placed at the bottom of the article before defaultsort, categories and interwikis.
