Initial visibility: currently defaults to autocollapse
To set this template's initial visibility, the |state= parameter may be used:
|state=collapsed:{{Frank Miller|state=collapsed}}to show the template collapsed, i.e., hidden apart from its title bar|state=expanded:{{Frank Miller|state=expanded}}to show the template expanded, i.e., fully visible|state=autocollapse:{{Frank Miller|state=autocollapse}}
If the |state= parameter in the template on this page is not set, the template's initial visibility is taken from the |default= parameter in the Collapsible option template. For the template on this page, that currently evaluates to autocollapse.
The parameter: |type = can be added to the template. Setting include:
- "comic" which will place the article into Category:Comics by Frank Miller, and
- "film" which will place the article into Category:Films directed by Frank Miller,
- "script" which will place the article into the Films category as well as Category:Screenplays by Frank Miller,
- "work" which will place the article into Category:Works by Frank Miller,
Please note that:
- The sorting will be by the pagename or the default set with {{DEFAULTSORT}}.
- With normal placement of the navigation template, the category will precede "manually" added categories. Care should be taken.
