Usage
- Add {{Indian random quote}} at the top of your userpage or talk page or any page you want. Note, this template should never be used in articles or article talk pages.
How to add a new quote
To add a new quote follow these—
- Go here
- Add new quote at the bottom of
|quotetext=. Do not change order and remember quotes should be in English only. Also see #Quotes not to be added. - Add person's name in
|personquoted= - Update "Quote counter" here
Quotes not be added
- Do not add any living politician's quotes.
- Do not add local/regional/self-proclaimed godman's quotes.
- Do not add quotes of film actors, actresses. The only exceptions might be legends like Amitabh Bachchan, Shahrukh Khan etc. But, there should not be more than 1 quote per person and 5 quotes over all.
- Do not add hate-spreading, defamatory quotes.
- Do not add any advisory quote if you see the speaker themself did not follow it (e.g. Shahrukh Khan told "Quit smoking".)
- Do not add your own/your friend's quotes.
