Usage

Include versus Noinclude

Optimizing is optimizing is optimizing the most used case, not burdening this most used case in order to satisfy some cosmetic hubris. Therefore, each of these <includeonly>...</includeonly> structures has been replaced by its arguments.
As presently written, the <noinclude> version produces a simple title bar, while the functionality of the <noinclude> old version is obtained by simply calling the template from the doc.
