Use to lower some text or other element a specified number of units (recommend proportional 'em' units), otherwise by a default 0.6em:
{{lower|Nem|text/element}}to lower by N em units (e.g.{{lower|0.4em|This is the text to lower.}}){{lower|text/element}}to lower by default 0.6em.
Can be useful e.g. to position <ref>erence links (footnote links) appearing in tables without any preceding text (cf {{Infobox Ethnic group}}).
