Usage
Place this template at the top of an article, section or template with apparent accessibility issues. The most basic format for this template is:

date
The date parameter is generally used to indicate when the template was added to a page. If the date parameter is omitted, a bot will add it later.
reason
A description of specific issues that resulted in the template being added may be included using this parameter. For example, adding |reason=column scopes are missing will result in the template displaying:
| This article's accessibility is in question. The specific issue is: column scopes are missing. Relevant discussion may be found on the talk page. Information on making articles more accessible can be found at Wikiproject Accessibility. |
talk
This parameter modifies the link to the article's talk page such that the template will now link to a specific discussion on the talk page. For example, if |talk=Accessibility issues, the template will link to the thread on the article's talk page titled "Accessibility issues"
