Usage
This template is used to reference information about provincial departments in Argentina. It inserts an inline external link to a page in the Ministry of Interior (actually supposed to be a popup window) that identifies each department with a number. You cannot query the site for a department; instead, go to Información Municipal and look for a municipality in the department, then scroll down to the relevant link and copy the numeric parameter following ID= in the URL.
