Usage

This template, {{at}}, serves as a shortcut to the template used to close AfD discussions, {{Afd top}}. It can take two optional parameters.

  • The first parameter is the result of the discussion, which is displayed in bold. It may be provided in abbreviated form as d, k, nc, m or r, which evaluate to "delete.", "keep.", "no consensus, default to keep.", "merge." or "redirect.", respectively.
  • The second parameter is the rationale for the closure, if any.

Alternatively, the template can be used in the traditional manner without parameters, which requires the closing user to write out the deletion result in full.

Examples:

Usage Result
{{subst:at|d}} {{subst:Afd top}} delete. ~~~~
{{subst:at|k}} {{subst:Afd top}} keep. ~~~~
{{subst:at|nc}} {{subst:Afd top}} no consensus to delete, default to keep. ~~~~
{{subst:at|r}} {{subst:Afd top}} redirect. ~~~~
{{subst:at|m}} {{subst:Afd top}} merge. ~~~~
{{subst:at|result}} {{subst:Afd top}} result ~~~~
{{subst:at|result|because of foo.}} {{subst:Afd top}} result because of foo. ~~~~
{{subst:at}} '''result''' because of foo. {{subst:Afd top}} result because of foo. ~~~~
(This is the traditional method.)
