(Changed the classification of the 200ml 'glass' for Melbourne from 'common' (bold) to 'rare' (italics). I've been drinking heavily in a massive range of Melbourne bars for 16 years now and I've yet to see a single person order a 'glass' of beer. In one of the tables that this table was merged from, 'glass' was noted as being an old-fashioned term. I wonder whether this was a transcription error when these tables were merged?)
