Purpose
Sometimes discussions may escalate and become heated. This template may be used to help calm the contributors, which may lead to more efficient resolution of the issue(s).
Usage
- This template may be used as a talk page header or among other headers and banners at the TOP of the page. It may also be included within a section to bring its message directly to those who are trying to resolve an issue.
- Add this at or near the TOP of a talk page in the following manner:

- There is one optional, unnamed parameter for use when this template is added to a section in the body of a talk page:
{{Calm|section}}
- This alters the wording very slightly to say "any issue" (in singular) instead of "any issues" in the second sentence:
