NOTE: Template:Cite_fast runs twice as fast as {{cite web}}.
It is almost 2 seconds faster for every 50 citations.
Only the minimal parameters are supported, including:  author, last, first, coauthors, title, url (urlx), work, journal (or magazine), volume, publisher, date, year, page (or pages/p/at), isbn, issn, doi, pmid, pmc, bibcode, accessdate (or acc), and sep.
