  • A parameter could be specified for article/section (e.g. {{Citation style|section}}
  • This template will categorise tagged articles into Category:Wikipedia references cleanup.
  • This template is a self-reference.
  • This template is not useful for blackwiki:Subst.
  • There is currently no consensus about where to place this template; most suggest either the bottom of the article page (in the 'References' section), or on the article's talk page.
  • This template should not be used with stubs.

Usage

This template should be used only on articles that have sources. It may be used with {{Refimprove}} or other check references templates.
