Template documentation[view] [edit] [history] [purge]

Purpose

This template facilitates the citation of articles from editions of Dictionary of Greek and Roman Antiquities (DGRA). Links to Wikisource or external sources are provided for. {{cite encyclopedia}} is used for the implementation.

Usage

{{Cite DGRA|wstitle=put the name of the Cite DGRA article here}}

or with a specification of additional options:

 |vb     =1 or x — prescript to attribute copied text (see WP:PLAGIARISM) 
 |noicon =1 — no leading icon
 |inline =1 — alters the prescript to make it suitable for inline citations
 |wstitle=name of the DGRA article on Wikisource
 |display=alternative name to display in place of the DGRA article name on Wikisource
 |title=name of the DGRA article if not on Wikisource
 |url=only set it title= is set
 |year= —defaults to 1890 if linked to Wikisource otherwise 1870.
 |short =1 or x — A shorter display intended for use in external links
                as an alternative to {{DGRA poster}}
These parameters are preset and will not be displayed if short is set
 |editor-first=William — will not be displayed if short is set
 |editor-last=Smith
 |editorlink=William Smith (lexicographer)
