Usage

This template must be substituted. Unfortunately it either must be used just after a <ref>...</ref> or must be substituted first then at the end of the <ref>...</ref> tags' marked up content, since the tags thwart the ability of MediaWiki to act on subst: for some reason.

This is a customized instance of {{Clarify}}, that templates the once tedious task of flagging badly done reference citations. It also automatically includes the date.

The code in the article will then read:
