- volume title or sub-title — Preformated for italix.
- publisher — May be ommited, but leave the pipe.
- year of publication — May be ommited, but leave the pipe.
- sole or main writer — May be ommited, but leave the pipe. If ommited "various" will be inserted into the cell.
- sole or main illustrator — May be ommited, but leave the pipe. If ommited "various" will be inserted into the cell. For purposes of this template only pencillers are considered.
- ISBN — May be ommited, but leave the pipe. Preformatted for the ISBN link.
- issues collected — May be ommited, but leave the pipe. Preformatted to start the cell with "Collects stories from: ".
