Usage

This template is for articles.

With no arguments, {{Congressional Research Service}} or {{CRS}} produces:

 This article incorporates public domain material from websites or documents of the Congressional Research Service.

There are four parameters: article, url, author, accessdate. The article and url parameters should be used together. For example,
