This template is used to categorize tagged articles into Category:Articles containing links to copyright violations.
Add this template only if you strongly suspect that the external location which the associated link references is carrying a work in violation of the creator's copyright.
Copyrights policy, the official English Wikipedia policy on copyrights, says, in part: "... if you know that an external Web site is carrying a work in violation of the creator's copyright, do not link to that copy of the work."
