Purpose
This template is used to mark the word to which a content note is going to be attached in Wikipedia. To create the content note itself, use Template:Cnote. For multiple uses of the same footnote, see Template:Cref2.

Required parameter
- {{{1}}}: name of content note to which this marker is going to point.
