Gives the end date for daylight saving time in the United States (currently the first Sunday in November) for the year in parameter 1 (the current year if not specified), which must be 1967 or later.

Optional parameter 2 (named |disp=), when set to "md", causes output of month and day only (e.g. "November 3"). If not present, or set to "mdy" (or any other value), output includes month, day, and year (e.g. "November 3, 2013").

The dates for 1967–2012 are historically correct, and those for 2013 and beyond are accurate as of October 27, 2013.
