(Christian x was king of Iceland. Thus, all his descendants who were alive between 1.dec.1918 & 17.jun.1944 can be considered princes/princesses of Iceland. Frederick ix's article identifies him as crown prince of dk and Iceland in the section of his titles, sourced with a letter written by Franklin D. Roosevelt)
(That was a subsidiary national noble title which is not used in public nor by the mass media. It's better to let the template to focus on other higher titles for the individuals on it as e.g. Prince. If such titles should be counted here, then, the title of cont. of Rosenborg must be added as well, the thing which will let the place be overcrowded with these unnecessary titles to be demonstrated on the template.)

Initial visibility: currently defaults to autocollapse

To set this template's initial visibility, the |state= parameter may be used:

  • |state=collapsed: {{Danish princes|state=collapsed}} to show the template collapsed, i.e., hidden apart from its title bar
  • |state=expanded: {{Danish princes|state=expanded}} to show the template expanded, i.e., fully visible
  • |state=autocollapse: {{Danish princes|state=autocollapse}}
    • shows the template collapsed to the title bar if there is a {{navbar}}, a {{sidebar}}, or some other table on the page with the collapsible attribute
    • shows the template in its expanded state if there are no other collapsible items on the page

If the |state= parameter in the template on this page is not set, the template's initial visibility is taken from the |default= parameter in the Collapsible option template. For the template on this page, that currently evaluates to autocollapse.
