::::* Interesting. Another reviewer (can't recall who) of one of my hooks told me that that was so. However, there appears to be no clear consensus - see E5 here: [[Wikipedia:Did_you_know/Supplementary_guidelines#Other_supplementary_rules_for_the_hook]] I suppose the reasoning is partly that there are always too many pictured hooks, as only 1/6 or 1/7 hooks can have an image, so "(pictured)" is often dropped at some later stage. Sorry about that. [[User:Edwardx|Edwardx]] ([[User talk:Edwardx|talk]]) 10:25, 6 December 2013 (UTC) | ::::* Interesting. 15 Cheyne Walk
- ...
that 15 Cheyne Walk (pictured), London was home to Admiral Sir John Balchen, Temple West, artists Cecil Lawson and Henry Ryall, the Baron and Baroness Courtney, and politicians James and Rupert Allason?

- 16px The hook is a bit too long. I strongly suggest replacing "the Baron and Baroness Courtney" with "Lord and Lady Courtney". It is factually more accurate, as well as shorter. Furthermore, Lady Courtney is not mentioned in the article at all - though she certainly lived there. You should mention her; the article about her contains useful references. - Thanks. At 192 characters, the hook is not too long, as per the rules "(pictured)" does not count towards the total. In any event, I'm happy with your proposed "Lord and Lady Courtney". And I've added something about Lady Courtney to the article. Edwardx (talk) 09:34, 6 December 2013 (UTC)
