It may be better to rename the article something like "Waldorf Residence of the United States Ambassador to the United Nations" (the title used by the Hospitality Business News) or the "Official Residence of the United States Ambassador to the United Nations" (adopted from CBS's description of the penthouse as the "official residence of America's Permanent Representative to the U.N.").
