  • 16px New enough, long enough, neutral, sourced (AGF on offline), hook is short enough, sourced. I am not 100% sure about the provenance of the image, so think that should not be used. Otherwise, GTG. Aymatth2 (talk) 00:52, 29 July 2016 (UTC)
  • 16px After reviewing sources available online respectfully disagree. This needs improvement. The quote and the article are not encyclopedic and one sided, make it sound like Jews never lived in that location. Gaba Hippeon also known by its Hebrew name Geva Parashim was established by King Herod the Great in Jewish Palestine also known as Judea where king settled veterans of his army. See sources for example:
  1. p. 287
  2. p. 102
  3. p. 414 151.16.126.195 (talk) 23:16, 29 July 2016 (UTC)
According to Shatzman, 1991, p. 258, the "Gaba" Herod established is not Abu Shusha: "The argument of Schmitt, 1987, who identifies Herod´s Gaba with Tell Abu-Shush, are untenable in view of Barag´s (1988) treatment of the subject." *This* Gaba Hippeon, was founded in year 61 BCE, when Herod was 12-13 years old Huldra (talk) 23:40, 29 July 2016 (UTC)
This is about reading comprehension. Don't you see that in your source page 258 Shatzman quotes Josephus Flavius and says Herod's Gaba was established to guard Galilee probably at the location of Mishmar HaEmek, that's why another city Gaba, at Tell Abu-Shusha that Shatzman says "should be distinguished" and "established by Lucius Marcius Philippus" is elsewhere. 151.16.126.195 (talk) 00:25, 30 July 2016 (UTC)
