:::: Better, but please get Longest and deepest back somehow, and we don't need to advertise cement industry ;) - Hint: get the subject in front. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 06:53, 28 July 2015 (UTC) | :::: Better, but please get Longest and deepest back somehow, and we don't need to advertise cement industry ;) - Hint: get the subject in front. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 06:53, 28 July 2015 (UTC) | ||

Interesting facts, on good sources. I find the first hook to complicated and the ALT not as interesting as the threat by the limestone mining might be. Want to try that? --Gerda Arendt (talk) 12:01, 27 July 2015 (UTC)
- Template:Ping Thanks for the review. I now propose this
- ALT2: ... that limestone mining for cement industry has become a major threat to the Caves of Meghalaya (pictured)? --Nvvchar. 06:41, 28 July 2015 (UTC)
- Better, but please get Longest and deepest back somehow, and we don't need to advertise cement industry ;) - Hint: get the subject in front. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 06:53, 28 July 2015 (UTC)
- Template:Ping I have tried to compose another hook
- ALT3 ... that among the ten longest and deepest caves in India, the first nine are in Meghalaya (pictured) but some are under threat due to limestone mining? --Nvvchar. 08:10, 28 July 2015 (UTC)
- My version of that:
- ALT4 ... that the Caves of Meghalaya (expedition pictured), among the longest and deepest caves in India, are threatened by limestone mining?
- Other wordsmiths welcome ;) - The image is free, but not too exciting in small size.
