Thanks. I like 1 better than mine, don't like "snakewood" since it seems more local in its usage (Jamaica) than "trumpet tree" (Eastern Caribbean, maybe Guyana). Maybe

Cecropia peltata

Created/expanded by Guettarda (talk). Self nom at 13:35, 22 January 2013 (UTC)

16px The article has been sufficiently expanded within the last five days and is properly sourced. There don't appear to be any copyright issues regarding the image. The hook is sourced and meets the length requirement.
ALT1 ... that the fast-growing tree Cecropia peltata is considered one of the hundred worst invasive alien species in the world after spreading to Asia and Africa?
ALT2 ... that snakewood, a fast-growing tree native to the American tropics, is considered one of the hundred worst invasive alien species in the world?
The alternative hooks (or a combination of the two) might be more hooky, but there is nothing wrong with the original hook either. Surtsicna (talk) 18:47, 22 January 2013 (UTC)

Thanks. I like 1 better than mine, don't like "snakewood" since it seems more local in its usage (Jamaica) than "trumpet tree" (Eastern Caribbean, maybe Guyana). Maybe

ALT3 ... that the trumpet tree, a fast-growing tree native to the American tropics, is considered one of the hundred worst invasive alien species in the world?
I think that will do too. Surtsicna (talk) 08:29, 23 January 2013 (UTC)
