Continental arc

Issues found: 1) Hook exists in article at Continental arc#Magmatism but I can't find nearby citation for this. 2) Also can't verify the Cascade arc statement on the missing trench; suggest this if you need it: Deep-Sea Trench (Not!) This is referenced by number 4 the book titled "An Introduction to Igneous and Metamorphic Petrology" which you can read here: https://limin7.googlecode.com/files/%E3%80%8AAn%20Introduction%20to%20Igneous%20and%20Metamorphic%20Petrology%E3%80%8BWinter%EF%BC%8C2001.pdf the page number is 211, right column.
