Consider to mention the concert first, then perhaps "as ... in Las Vegas before", and perhaps drop Beatty who will get all the clicks if preceding the concert. Four for McGovern
- ... that during her Las Vegas shows in 1970–71, and during Warren Beatty's 1972 concert Four for McGovern, Barbra Streisand (pictured) pretended to smoke a joint? Waldman 2001, pp. 51–52: "In a return to Las Vegas in late 1970, Streisand incorporated her Stoney End and Barbra Joan Streisand material, and even spoofed her new, hip image on stage with an allusion to smoking pot. Taking a toke of a faux joint, Barbra pretended to get high as she explained why people shouldn't rely on drugs or booze for relaxation. Streisand immortalized this routine forever when she performed it on her next album, Live Concert at the Forum." ISBN 9780806522180
